One of the most unique things about
Underwater Explorers, besides its longevity of over 40 years
, is its staff
and how they came to find a home here. Unlike
many other places where people find themselves punching a
time clock and waiting for the weekend to come, the Staff at
Underwater Explorers truly shares a passion for their work.
In fact most of the Staff here were patrons of the shop for
a number of years before deciding to join the professional
side of Scuba Our Instructors- Shane Waruszewski &
Bob Hines teach all levels of diving to NAUI &
Underwater Explorers standards. Our Dive masters are tremendous
assets to our diving business. We are always
looking for new, enthusiastic talent. Our Dive master
classes are ongoing. Our Open Water SCUBA Diver classes are taught on
Tuesday & Thursday Nights from 6-10 p.m. 6
sessions in the pool and class, then 4 scuba & 1
snorkel dives for open water certification dives in fun
filled-Key Largo.

in the cold deep waters of Michigan and the Great Lakes.
With certifications in Tri – Mix Tech through NAUI
Instructor Trainer, Shane is the guy to talk to if you are
interested in exploring
the professional side of diving or just furthering
your education. His “blue collar “ approach to teaching
and attention to detail has enabled him to produce some of
the areas safest and most knowledgeable divers.

Bob is from
Cleveland, Ohio, where he has owned Northern Ohio Divers
since 1996. Bob is certified in RE-BREATHERS, NITROX
INSTRUCTOR, FIRST AID.CPR,O2 INSTRUCTOR, ICE DIVING, DRY
SUIT DIVING, WRECK DIVING INSTRUCTOR, ADVANCED RESCUE
DIVER INSTRUCTOR. FULL FACE MASK INSTRUCTOR, TRAINER OF
DIVEMASTERS, ASSISTANT INSTRUCTORS.
Diving with students in Key Largo is
the best job anyone can have. I lead
travel adventures to exciting diving locations several times each
year. Our trip to Bonaire last December was a rousing
success.
Monthly trips to Key
Largo are scheduled for 2010. Call for the trip
